I just wanted to demonstrate how easy it is to use leftovers to make a great dinner! With the lamb we had leftover from dinner one night, all we had to do was buy a couple of bits to make our meal!
Lamb – leftovers from a roast the night before
Halloumi – sliced
(we also had a red onion in the fridge which I sliced and gently fried!)
Dry fry the halloumi in a pan!
Then build your wraps how you like! A little tzatziki, houmous, some lamb and a little halloumi!
