What did I tell you – everything is in some kind of wrap, taco or pitta these days! These burgers ohhhh my honestly just trust me and give them a try !!
Ingredients – Makes 4 burgers
- 250g Lamb Mince
- 100g Feta, crumbled
- 1/2tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 Onion, very finely chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
- 50g Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Fresh mint, chopped
Method
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix together with your hands and season with some salt and pepper. Form the mix into 4 patties.
Heat 1-2 tbsp of olive oil in a large frying pan. When it’s hot, add the patties. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side and leave to rest in some foil for a couple of minutes. It couldn’t be easier!
I served ours with pitta bread, some homemade tzatziki and thin slices of red onion but it would be delicious in a classic burger bun or on their own with a delicious salad on the side.

Let me know if you give them a try and how you served them!

This looks amazing! I love thinking “outside the bun” for burgers influenced by different cultures and instead using a more appropriate bread ingredient!
