Baked Oats

I always thought I never liked porridge but I know how great it can be at setting up your day so I thought I’d give baked oats a try and what a great decision!

These are super easy to make and incredibly tasty!

Ingredients

150g porridge oats

200ml oat milk

1 banana

2-3 handfuls hazelnuts

2-3 handfuls blueberries

Method

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Mash up the banana. Mix the oats with the milk and stir in the mashed banana.

Stir in the blueberries and most of the hazelnuts and pour the mix into a baking tray.

Top with a few more nuts and roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes until baked and slightly brown on top.

Serve with some yogurt (plant based or otherwise) and enjoy!

Remove from the oven and slice into squares.
