Toppings: Red onion, tomatoes, feta, anything else left in the fridge!
Spread about 1-2 tbsp of tomato paste over one side of the pitta bread. Grate over some cheese and add any toppings you choose! Add a final grating of parmesan and pop in the oven for about 10 minutes on 180 degrees celsius.
