Happy bank holiday weekend! Although doesn’t everyday feel like a bank holiday at the moment!
This recipe is an easy way to use up bread that’s on it’s way out! Super easy and a great way to add some crunch to a salad 🙂
2 slices of bread, cut into cubes
1 tsp mixed herbs
Salt + Pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Mix the olive oil with the herbs and salt & pepper. Add in the bread cubes and stir to coat.
Pop on a baking tray and roast for about 10 minutes on 170 degrees celsius, turn halfway.
Serve on any salad!
