I made this delicious roasted cauliflower as part of a vegan roast dinner however it would go amazingly well as part of a meze dinner! It takes a bit of time to cook but crazy easy to do!
Ingredients
1 whole cauliflower, remove the leaves
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp turmeric
Method
Fill a large deep saucepan with water and bring to the boil. Once at the boil carefully drop in the cauliflower, cover and boil for 10 minutes.
While it is boiling, put the oven on to 180 degrees Celsius (fan).
Carefully remove the cauliflower from the saucepan and sit in a deep baking tray. Drizzle over some olive oil. In a bowl mix the spices and then spoon over the top of the cauliflower.
Roast in the oven for 25-35 minutes.
