A simple and delicious dinner, using ingredients that chances are you in the kitchen!
2 x pork chops
1 clove garlic, grated
1 small knob ginger, grated
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
Serve with: roasted new potatoes & a salad and maybe a little roasted aubergine
Add the pork chops to a roasting tin.
Top with the garlic, ginger chilli flakes, soy sauce and honey and a drizzle of olive oil.
Roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees celsius.
Serve with some lovely roasties and some salad!
