Feeling fancy on a Friday night alone, I thought why the heck not treat myself to a fabulous crab pasta! I never cook this myself but often choose if I am out for dinner! This is such a simple recipe but tastes restaurant quality 😉 !
Ingredients
1 lemon
170g crab
100g linguine
1-2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
½ onion, finely chopped (optional – I just love onion)
1 chilli, finely sliced
Handful of fresh parsley
Dash of white wine/vodka if you have it!
Method
Get the pasta on and cook to packet instructions.
Gently fry the onion on a low heat for a few minutes and then add the garlic, the chilli and the zest of a lemon and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the crab and stir in.
Then add some vodka/wine and let it come to a slight boil.
Add squeeze of lemon and stir in the linguine. Sprinkle with parsley.
